1. Mushrooms are harvested by women in the manioc and capoeira fields.
2. After collection the mushrooms go through a dehydration process.
3. The mushrooms are transported to a small runway by boat.
4. From there they are taken by plane to Boa Vista.
5. In Boa Vista the fibrous parts of the mushrooms are separated from the soft.
6. The soft mushrooms are sold whole in packets of 15g and 140g. The fibrous parts are crushed and sold as powder in packets of 30g and 350g.
