The article titled "Evaluation of antimutagenic and cytotoxic activity of skin secretion extract of Rhinella marina and Rhaebo guttatus (Anura, Bufonidae)" authored by Angelica Fernandes de Oliveira and other researchers of the Sinop Regional Nucleus, MT, was published in the journal Acta Amazônica , v. 49 (2).
 
The article evaluates the cytotoxic and antimutagenic activity of extracts from the parotid gland secretions of Rhinella marina and Rhaebo guttatus, as well as carries out a biochemical analysis of serum transaminases and creatinine, to evaluate liver and renal damage, respectively.
