HUMAN RESOURCES TRAINING:
The Amazonian Biodiversity Integrated Studies Center (CENBAM) aims to integrate biological research in the Amazon into efficient chains of scientific / technological production.
Regional centers in Amazonas, Roraima, Amapá, Rondônia, Acre and Mato Grosso:
1) promote the training of local human resources at various levels, from field assistants and parataxonomists to primary and secondary students, lab technicians and graduate students,
2) provide the necessary infrastructure; museums, herbaria and living collections, installation and recovery equipment and laboratories,
3) and ensure that these resources are made available to all that need them through exchange programmes.
Guidelines
COMPLETED - These students worked on the research programs defined by CENBAM when it was proposed in 2008. However, INCT's contributions to these projects were only in relation to supporting scholars and the organization of databases.
